Applicants are responsible for verifying NBHWC exam eligibility prior to applying. Application fees are non-refundable
Eligibility requirements must be completed prior to the exam application deadline.
To qualify for the NBHWC Board Exam you must:
Complete an NBHWC Approved Training Program
Applicants will be required to upload a certificate of completion and/or the NBHWC Exam Eligibility Letter.
Proof of completion must include:
- Your Legal Name
- Program Name
- Date of Completion
- Date of Final Practical Skills Assessment
- NBHWC Approved Training Program Seal
Complete 50 sessions
Complete 50 health and wellness coaching sessions.
Sessions must meet the NBHWC Coaching Log requirements.
Education Requirement
Document completion of an associate’s degree (or higher) or 4,000 hours of work experience
