The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently released its proposed CY 2027 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule, which includes proposed national Medicare payment for Health & Wellness Coaching services. This marks an important milestone in the continued advancement of the field and reflects growing recognition of the role credentialed, evidence-based health coaching can play in improving health outcomes and supporting whole-person care.
