Brooke Jeffries, MS, CN, NBC-HWC
Brooke Jeffries is the Program Director and lead faculty instructor for the NBHWC-approved Pathway Program at Health Coach Institute. She is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Nutritionist passionate about developing and mentoring the next generation of skilled health and wellness coaches. She is an experienced clinical nutritionist who had a successful private nutrition counseling practice and expanded her coaching skills to serve her clients more holistically. Before transitioning to education, Brooke led a team of spirited dietitian health coaches at a corporate wellness company. She has mentored many coaches and students on building strong coaching skills, leadership, and personal resilience.
Brooke completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington, and holds undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Stephen F. Austin State University. In addition, she has training in Motivational Interviewing for Health Practitioners, yoga, and weight inclusivity. In her free time, Brooke enjoys painting, traveling, dancing, and spending time with family. She believes in supporting others to become the most empowered version of themselves and is enthusiastic about contributing to the professionalization of health and wellness coaching.
