Melanie has spent over 25 years helping people identify what is truly important to them so they can explore their personal pathways to create meaningful, sustainable change in their lives. Her background in Developmental Psychology has led her to a variety of professional experiences including mental health, clinical research, higher education, curriculum development, coaching and consulting. Melanie is currently pursuing a Doctorate in education in Learning, Leadership and Organization Development. Her interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion stems from her conviction that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
