Jenny Tsang-Quinn, MD
Jenny Tsang-Quinn, MD, is the Vice President of Clinical Programs, Network Development and Provider Engagement in the Department of Population Health at Maimonides Medical Center. In her current role, Jenny leads a team that builds and implements programs and resources to support health system transformation, systems integration, clinical quality and performance improvement, delivery system engagement and workforce development to meet emerging needs of partners across Brooklyn. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jenny has been leading COVID-19 vaccination and supporting COVID-19 testing efforts in Brooklyn communities. Before joining the Maimonides team, Jenny was the Executive Director of the New York Alliance for Careers in Healthcare, an organization that engaged healthcare employers and industry stakeholders in the analysis of current and future labor force needs. Past experiences as the Assistant Director of Clinical Services at the Union Health Center and Director of Healthcare Programs at the September 11th Fund have provided Jenny with opportunities to develop and launch innovative healthcare initiatives. In 2019, Jenny was recognized by Crain’s New York Business as a Notable Woman in Healthcare. Jenny is a graduate of the Autonomous University of Guadalajara School of Medicine and Columbia University, and is a patient-centered medical home certified content expert.
